I am really impressed with the customer service from Olivia. She is so professional and helpful. She gave amazing support in the search for a property. Olivia was a go-to person for all my initial queries. Due to my professional requirements, I changed my property search location to the Manchester area to buy my first home. Even though I had a situation, where I needed a piece of expert advice which I can't ask my estate agent where she offered her recommendations. Olivia and the team are so knowledgeable, efficient and proactive with everything they do. I don’t know what I’d have done without their initial guidance!
