Since working with Tradewind, the plethora of teaching opportunities in a variety of schools has been amazing. Tradewind has provided me with a healthy amount work, working around my schedule and home life. There’s no ‘pressure’ to work as work that is given is based around what you can and cannot take on. (Half) Term work is also given frequently, if that is what you prefer, giving you that security of having consistent work. The staff that work at Tradewind, Liam, Wendy and Charlotte to name a few, are very communicative, supportive and are always wanting what is best for you. I cannot recommend Tradewind enough, amazing provider, staff and workload.
Started working with Tradewind over two months ago now and have such a positive experience. The whole team is so welcoming and each of them go above and beyond to get work suited for you. I have worked closely with Charlotte from the primary team who has been amazing, she has been so easy to work with, kind and always has my best interest in mind. Tradewind have been nothing but supportive. Initially they tried to find me work that would fit around my part time university hours, and then continued to place me until I got the full time post that I wanted as a TA.
