Recently took a watch in for repair (still within a 5 year guarantee)........ Issues : 1. Winder malfunction (jammed). 2. Endlink springbar bent. After almost 3 weeks was quoted £108 for repair (issue 1 was under warranty). I therefore asked them to return my watch in it's current state. Took the watch to Neston market, watch repaired within 5 minutes. 1. Winder jamming due to incorrect installation of back plate after new battery fitted. 2. New endlink springbar fitted. Total cost £3 **This response below to my review was a standard cut and paste reply as previously used before. Went into Hsamuel today Debbie one of the lovely staff members assisted me and helped me try on some rings. She was very welcoming. The shop was very nice and clean. I did purchase a lovely ring and got insurance too as she explained to me all the benefits that came with it. Can't wait to get my new ring. Thank you Debbie for all your help today I left with such a big smile on my face ????
