Got my 7yr old daughter's ears pierced by a lovely gentleman named John. The staff were really lovely but John in particular had a lot of patience with my adhd/asd daughter and really helped to make her feel at ease. The equipment was clean and sterile and was a very warm and friendly place but also very professional. The only negative thing I could really say (and I'm being very picky about it) is that the shop was very hot, however this wouldn't stop me from returning to the store. I will definitely be returning to the store to purchase some more earrings for my daughter. Honestly couldn't recommend this store and staff more highly if I tried. Some extremely happy customers. ???? x x x
Was made very welcome as soon as we entered the shop …very friendly staff and polite and very helpful was only enquiring over a ring … but ended up purchasing it and had my own ring polished up that I had also purchased from the same shop the year before
Lovely staff very friendly helped us without pressuring us to buy will go back again for sure well done guys
