I haven’t bought a ‘new’ car in over 10 years so the prospect was a little daunting….. that was until I met Lee, who I cannot credit enough. My entire experience with BVH and Lee in particular has been flawless from start to finish. Lee has been informative, friendly, professional and quite frankly amazing throughout. My experience buying my van from BVH was great. Was given time to check the van over myself and the guys in the sales room were all friendly. Lee sorted collection out for me in 7 days. I've had no issues 3 months down the line. Would recommend.
I don’t write much reviews but after todays experience I felt I had too. Firstly I saw a car on auto trader which was really well priced and looked good in the pictures, but was a bit apprehensive to view the car as it was a distance away. I sent an enquiry via email, and got a quick response, I then spoke to a salesperson over the phone and told me the car was as described. The following day I viewed the vehicle and it was better than described. Also having the reassurance it was a RAC approved garage helped with all the benefits that came with it. On top of this I had a car to part exchange which I was given a fair price. As for the salesperson who dealt with me and my wife (Phil) was very pleasant, informative and friendly and made the whole sale painless and quick and could not do enough for us would definitely recommend them and I would use them again even though I travelled two hours to get there .
Very polite and helpful staff I mainly dealt with phill who was so easy going and immediately offered me a realy fair deal. My new car is amazing. Unlike other garages my car got new tyres and brakes from just an mot advisory. My car was delivered promptly. Just a mint company realy, definitely recommend. All the best Bvh.
