    If your looking for a PT who cares about your fitness journey then Matt is the PT. I have had weekly PT sessions with Matt for the past 3 months and he is focused on helping me achieve my goals. My lifting has progressively improved over the short time I have been working with him and importantly, he has massivly corrected and improved my technique. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a highly qualified personal trainer. Matt is the best PT I have worked with.

    Matt is very knowledgeable about the Human body and knows exactly what is needed to reach individual goals! His PT sessions are never the same and the variety was really enjoyable! I thoroughly enjoyed all Of my sessions and Matt helped me reach my goals , I even climbed Ben Nevis with no problems after a few months of PT sessions I would highly recommend Matt ????????????????

    I have been doing PT sessions with MCT Fitness for ~3 years and have been really pleased with the improvement in my strength, fitness and body shape. Recently, I have been looking to reduce my weight further. Matt gave me the advice (calorie targets, practical/achievable goals and nutritional info) that has enabled me to loss about a pound per week over 10 weeks. I find Matt very supportive, knowledgeable and highly recommend his PT sessions.

    Matt at MCT Fitness always makes the workouts challenging but fun to suit all abilities whilst understanding your fitness goals. Matt has plenty of experience and expertise in the industry as well as a passion for helping people get fit and healthy, in body and mind with excellent nutritional advice too. I have been with MCT Fitness for 5 years, it has given me great confidence as well as teaching correct form and technique. More recently, Matt has gone above and beyond. Struggling with peri menopause, this was impacting my health and motivation. Matt would occasionally check-in or offer messages of support and encouragement which were very much appreciated - After returning to MCT, my motivation has returned, this has had huge benefits for my overall well-being - it’s good to be back at class.     I have known Matt for a number of years now through attending his troop trail groups and at Christmas I started an 8 week PT course. I decided after having 2 children with a very small age gap that I owed it to myself and my body to properly get back into shape and get back to feeling like me again. Matt started the whole program off with a nutrition session, where we looked at my relationship with food and exercise and where we mapped out my short term, medium term and long term goals, focusing primarily on how I wanted to feel. Matt made great suggestions about how to track my progress and suggested setting myself some non-negotiables that were realistic to suit my lifestyle, but also challenging enough to bring about the changes that I wanted to see. Along with all of this he set my calorie deficit and protein totals, which allowed me to stay on track myself. All of the sessions with Matt were fun, amazingly structured and challenging and he was so in tune with the progress that I was making and how far to push me each week. Matt was so supportive and non-judgmental throughout the whole process and was always able to come up with suggestions and ideas to combat any hurdles along the way. I genuinely thought that being coached meant that I would receive a meal plan and an exercise plan, which would be quite prescriptive, however it has been so much more than that. I've made so much progress physically, mentally and also with the informed food choices that I am now able to make. I feel so educated now, and empowered to continue with everything that I have learnt from Matt. Having Matt as a PT totally isn't a luxury, it's an investment in yourself right now and your future self. I would highly recommend investing in a PT program with Matt!
