    John has been my trainer for about 2 years now and my fitness has really improved. Each session is well planned, well equipped, varied and focused on personal target areas or general fitness, whatever your preference. He can advise on nutrition and weight loss and is a great motivator! Always leave my session feeling shattered but invigorated too!

    I am a client of John's. I love his set up as well as well thought out and structured sessions. If anything John creates a warm and welcoming environment where people can exercise in a non threatening environment. We all know how overwhelming gym's can feel and John's studio is completely the opposite. The sessions are enjoyable yet challenging which is perfect for an excellent session. I would highly recommend John as a personal trainer.

    I have been with John for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. John is so knowledgeable in his field and if there’s something he isn’t sure of (which isn’t very often) he will research it for you to make sure you get the very best information for your journey and goals. Every session is different and challenging and dare I say fun. My strength has increased so much and I now have a core which was pretty useless before. I have lost 19 inches around my waist and hips and my mental health has gotten better and better. I can’t thank him enough for the support he has given ???????? best PT ever!!

    John is an excellent personal trainer. He sets challenging yet attainable targets. Every session is carefully planned and always varied. You can really feel the impact of his training sessions and I always leave feeling positive about what I can do or be able to do in the near future.

    Can’t recommend John more!! He supported me through a programme which was exactly what I needed, when I had no idea what it was that I needed! He also supported to me build the knowledge and skills to keep going on my own after PT sessions, so that I can keep all my hard working going on my own too. At 5ft 2, I’ve lost 1.5 stone, gone from a size 12 to an 8 and lost around 12 inches in total!! He’s brilliant!
