    Over the past 16 months Kayle has helped me work towards my fitness goals through boxing lessons and weight lifting. His attention to detail, focus and positive personality / outlook have really helped me work on my weak points and improve! Kayle wears his heart on his sleeve and is always inspiring me to best the best version of myself, through technique, challenging me and also following his own fitness journey. Kayle looks at the bigger picture / long term plan rather than just a quick fix. I always take something away from a session, whether that's physically or psychologically. Couldn't recommend Kayle highly enough!

    If you are looking for a Personal Trainer then I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Kayle. He will first of all get to know you by listening to what you want to achieve and how you want to achieve it, then work with you to push forward and reach your targets. He will be supportive, encouraging and keep your sessions fresh and interesting and will motivate you with humour and a zest for fitness and life.You will soon realise you not only have a PT but a friend. Needless to say the results I have achieved with Kayle far outweighed my expectations and I look forward to every single session. So if you want a PT you can trust and give you the improvements you want give him a call!

    I had previous experience of CrossFit but no real in-depth understanding of technique and form. My current goal is to build strength specifically upper back and shoulders. Kayle has organised programs to help me attain my goals, whilst teaching me how to lift or move correctly, building core strength (foundations). I am enjoying every step of this journey. Kayle is patient, a good listener and communicator. Whether your looking to improve or starting from scratch I highly recommend the professional way Kayle coaches and organised training programs. I am enjoying every session and can feel progression toward my goals. I highly recommend Kayle and am grateful to him for the learning, development and his inspirational attitude to fitness and wellbeing.

    I worked with Kayle to help bring my fitness up to re join the army, as id let my fitness go and struggled with motivation to train. One thing he does best is gets you motivated with his endless exciting energy. We went back to basics, built a strong foundation and started working from there, telling me along the way what the thought process and why we are doing it. He learns from other PTs to better himself to teach his clients, that tells you he cares for his clients as he wants them to be healthier happier and a more educated person. Kayle wouldn't be an expense he is an investment in yourself

    Kayle helped me not only with my fitness. He helped me quit my job. I met Kayle in the gym and was always greeted with a friendly hello, he always seemed to have a positive aura around him. I watched the PT’s in my gym for months before deciding who I would like to train with, and it was very clear from the start Kayle stood out from the rest. Constantly steering his clients in the individual direction they needed to be pushed. This versatility I saw was the main reason I chose Kayle. My training can change from running a marathon, to wanting to build strength through powerlifting in a matter of months (erratic I know, but I set a goal, achieve it, then set the next one). Choosing Kayle as my PT was not only the best decision for my fitness, but also my life. He defines the personal in personal trainer and tailors every single session to yourself. Not only did Kayle help me achieve my fitness goals and introduce me to new workouts, he introduced me to a new mindset that allowed me to “take the leap” into self employment and leaving a full time job. Every day I look at my business and thank Kayle for the guidance he gave me into the mindset I have today. This is a mindset that is truly unique, one that is geared only for success in whatever field I put it into, and one that has never since let me down. He definitely has a different approach to fitness, with an “anyone can do anything if they try” attitude and that positivity in your ear is what you need when you’re an hour deep into a session with him. When I used to train on my own and had a bad session, I would see it as a failure, however at the end of each session Kayle gives you the tips and support to notice the real progress you’ve actually made (be it form or stamina). Kayle himself is a fine example of fitness and when you have a PT you want to see them practice what you preach, this doesn’t only exist in the gym, it stems to the nutrition of which his own cafe is inside the gym. The Refuel cafe houses some of the most talented nutritional culinary masterminds, and the menu is always trackable. Even better there’s discount for his clients. You truly cannot go wrong when you choose Kayle as you will you not only get a PT, but a mentor.
