this company assured me they had experience in cleaning a designer brand of a coat which cost £979 exactly 3 weeks old i trusted them to do what they prided themselves on on the 31/12/21 i took my item back to them as it was shrunk in the arms and all stains where still on my item the lady would not refund my £43 cleaning bill but did however send it off for testing 3 weeks i was told it would be ive contacted her every week since and still mo sign of my item on the 17/2/22 i was told they were mot being sent the item by the testing company and for myself to contact them to which i did straight away they told me the item had been return 2 days ago i then rang prima cleaners back to which she told me it was stuck in transit and has no idea when theyl have it ive been lied to for 2 mths and without my item still THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE AND WOULD URGE FOR PEOPLE TO BE AWARE OF THIS UPSETTING EXPERIENCE IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH

Put my light coloured coat in on Friday 14th, that was full of dust but had a green colour on it and was very worried that it would not come off. Picked it up the following day, looked like new. Thank you for a fantastic service.

Not impressed at all. Paid for my coat to be dry cleaned, return to find the mud was still there. The lady who I spoke to (not in a uniform) was barely interested and just said she would put it back through again. No surprise that the mud was still there (even fake) and not an apology either from her. I then returned again and mud was still on the coat so it had to be dealt with for a 3rd time leaving me without my coat for 3 weeks. I doubt they even attempt to fix it the first time from the amount that was still there. The lady who dealt with it the 3rd time (Jane I think her name is) was lovely although by this point I was beyond angry. I would strongly advise anyone against taking your clothing here.

I put a coat in on Monday 26 March for a new zip to be collect was advised that they would need to order the zip in therefore coat would not be ready for collection until 5 April. I went to collect my coat on 5 April at 16:30pm and the server could not find my coat. I then spotted my coat, scrunched up in a ball, at the bottom of a dirty basket. I retrieved my coat and left the shop. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service provided especially as they were charging me £27.50 to replace the zip. My coat should not have been scrunched up it should have been hung on a hanger until the repair could be carried out. will not use this dry cleaners for anything in the future. Following on from my adding this review I received a phone call on 8 May, over a month since I added this review advising me that the issue had been by a member of staff not ordering the zip, I advised that I did not want to discuss the matter as I was disgusted by the level of service I had received, the lady advised me that as a result of my review a member of staff would be sacked! Obviously, they must have more issues with this member of staff than them forgetting to order a zip!
