Honestly I cannot thank the New Birkdale Clibic team enough! All the nurses are so welcoming, caring and friendly, they made me feel so at ease and the process was so easy going. They made sure there was nothing I needed, they were always on hand, they made me anything I wanted to eat and all in all their service is honestly amazing I cannot recommend this company enough! The surgeon Mr Hardy was excellent he talked me through my whole procedure and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. I am so in love with my results and cannot thank you all enough!

Had a breast enlargement plus mastopexy june/july 2021 Not happy with them at all. Wouldnt say they are enlarged or lifted i am the same size as i was before. I went back to Dr Hardy and he didnt care. He said i would have to pay if i wanted them redone.

I had my breast implants fitted around 6 years ago with new birkdale clinic but in Rotherham, I had been having breast implant illness symptoms and also muscular pain so I decided I wanted to have them removed, I realised that the clinic I originally went to no longer exists so I chose the Liverpool branch instead. I am extremely happy with the results so far I am only one week post operation, I was well looked after from start to finish and I highly recommend MR HARDY as my recovery has been superb.

Paid for a consultation where I wished to discuss the possibility of a breast reduction. Arrived after driving 45 minutes at the clinic to be greeted by a receptionist with an aghast expression on her face whose first words were ‘there’s no children allowed!’ whilst staring at my two year old sat nicely and silently in his pram. I stated that nowhere on the booking email or text message had it stated this. Another, far more pleasant and professional, receptionist appeared to see the situation unfolding and came to speak to me. She said she would ask her manager if my child could attend with me. She returned and said the child could accompany me. The first receptionist then returned and asked me for ID. I said this, again, was not mentioned and I don’t routinely carry around my passport etc. She then said I’d just have to bring it before surgery - considering I haven’t even discussed what surgery I want yet it felt a bit presumptuous! I completed the apparently required documentation, 6 pages of signatures etc. to then be told the surgeon would not allow the child in. But it was ok! I could just leave him outside! Apart from the one younger lady who tried her best to remedy the situation - I would avoid this place like the plague. Considering you’re about to spend a significant amount of money on something that is usually not urgent and optional - it really should have a much better customer service, better patient centred care approach. They offered to rebook my appointment (obviously without my germ ridden, distracting child), but if this is the way they treat you BEFORE getting your money, I hate to imagine the aftercare!! AVOID!
