We received a phenomenal service from both Ryan and Lyndsey. Ryan gave us a call to discuss our options and inform us on how much we would be able to borrow. We found a place really quickly and he provided us with a DIP within a day. Every request has been dealt with really quickly and professionally, we have never had to wait for a response from either of them. We couldn’t have asked for them to do a better job, Ryan was there 7days a week anytime of the day. Which he didn’t need to do but did it anyway. I literally couldn’t have asked for a better team, thank you both for helping us get this through as quickly as you did, we really appreciate it.
Such a simple process from start to finish, everything was explained in full and they made it so easy for us to understand. Matt has been flexible with availability and has been able to have weekly phone calls with ourselves to explain each step of the process. No question was "stupid", Matt provided us with valuable knowledge into everything buying a house related.
