Mark was recommended to us by close friends who were first time buyers last year. As first time buyers ourselves, we really had little to no idea of where to begin with the whole process. After filling out the online enquiry on Mark’s website he contacted us the following day. From there we set up an initial phone call to determine what we were looking for and he went away to see what our options were. He secured us a mortgage offer within around a week which enabled us to start viewing. We then found a property almost straight away but weren’t exactly sure what to do! It was late on a Friday evening and I messaged Mark asking for help and he responded instantly! We had our offer accepted over the weekend and that is due to the quick help he provided. He made the whole process so much easier and smoother than we expected it to be. We both work irregular shift patterns and he happily worked around our schedules when it came to making calls. As this was our first home purchase we were very nervous & anxious at the same time, as this was a massive step in our lives we were about to under take. Mark provided us with day & night support and was always in constant communication. Which is what I really appreciated and made us feel at ease thoughtout the whole mortgage application stage. He was always on hand to answer any questions or worries we had. Which I really appreciated as we initially planned on using the bank but got little or no help when I had requests/quires.
