Amazing service from start to finish, with all the details explain & kept informed throughout the process. All very relaxed and no pressure on making decisions throughout. We originally used concept mortgages for the purchase of our first house & 5 years later return to sort out the remortgaging. Great advice offered to our specific needs. I can't recommend Concept Mortgages enough, we had some quite difficult circumstances to navigate and Mark helped us every step of the way, putting in extra hours on more than one occasion to get our application through, which has saved us orders of magnitude more than it cost to use them. They have fantastic communication and levels of service which exceeded our expectations, worth every penny and more. If I ever buy a another house I'll be sure to return.
