Very dead apart from on a Monday. Staff can be uninviting (even a bit rude) so the atmosphere can be a little weird, plus they only take cash and it's £5 entry. At least the DJ is loving it though. Been twice but wouldn't go again.
Bouncers are Unacceptable. I felt racial discrimination and vulnerable as a woman on my own. My friends were let in and I was kept back. Is this because I am different ethnicity? Raz is unacceptable the owners need to be sorted out. Disgrace.
So many people have been spiked here and instead of addressing the problem, the owner and staff have victim blamed people. they compared having someone raise their voice at you to being spiked. when the girls expressed their concern about being spiked the 'manager' said if they were truly concerned them they should just 'stay at home'. they claim they cannot conduct searches but anyone with a minor knowledge of the law knows this not to be true. when I send them a very appropriate message they responded in an extremely rude and unacceptable manner for a business. throughout their response they blame victims and contribute to the problems. truly and utterly disgusted, along with the many other people who send them the letter.
Extremely poor customer service. Waited in line for an hour and a half to be kicked out of the queue after paying. Left alone as a single female. Wouldn’t let me in to find one of my friends. Had to go home alone. Extremely aggressive security. Blamed paying customers when actually they couldn’t even manage a queue themselves. Poor security & customer service
