I started working for HCL 4 months ago and couldn’t have made a better choice of where to work. The whole team have been so warm and welcoming, and I feel like a part of a big family. The carers are all lovely and work so hard to provide excellent care for our service users. If you’re thinking about a career in care, give us a call. You won’t regret it!
I advise anyone who uses this care agency to keep your own record of carers start/finish times. My relative is self funding and was significantly overcharged. They managed to recover part of the money but only after complaining to their social worker and the council. Some nice carers but a few lacking professionalism. Yes there are national social care issues but our issues were down to poor practice.
Emma is so helpful, very understanding and makes you feel comfortable and reassured throughout the whole recruitment process. I would encourage anyone looking to get into the health Care Sector to Contact. The Training provided was very thorough, and learned a lot from this.
